A nod to our Spanish roots in Tampa, you’ll find them in virtually every corner of Spain, but not like these.

Our Tampeño “House Salad.” Peaches were brought to the Americas by a group of Spanish monks in the mid-1500s, and we couldn’t be happier to include them in this savory endless summer salad. Our version of a grilled peach salad with farm fresh scarlet lettuce, blue cheese crumbles, sunflower seeds, and a mojo vinaigrette dressing.

Also known as “Insalata di Mare“ or “Ensalada De Mariscos”. This seafood salad is a Tampeño twist on a classic Italian dish known for its fresh and tender seafood and bright, flavorful dressing. Calamari, mussels, shrimp, and scallops dressed with fresh-squeezed lemon juice and a cilantro aioli, topped with fresh herbs and served cold on a bed of fresh spring mix lettuce.
This caprese salad with tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil is drizzled with a sweet balsamic reduction and olive oil.

This Seafood Stew is inspired by a typical Spanish “cazuela de mariscos,” which is a simple recipe, but with the depth of flavor of the Andalusian Coast of Spain. A Seafood mix of squid, mussels, shrimp, scallops, and a very aromatic tomato base broth served with white rice in a cast-iron pot.

Dinorah (Dee-nore-ah), our family’s matriarch’s most requested dish. We knew it just had to make the menu to be shared with everyone! This delicacy of Cuban cuisine is also known as “Enchilado de Langosta” or “Langosta en Salsa” or a Spanish Lobster Creole, where lobster tails are simmered to perfection in a spiced tomato sauce, topped with fresh herbs, served on yuca sofrito mash with white rice on the side. This dish is packed with unique and exquisite sabor (flavor) and is enjoyed with a great wine or cold beer.

Torrejas or Torrijas, the Spanish version of French toast, are traditional Easter fare in Spain. It is said the dish was originally conceived in the South of Spain as a way to use up leftover bread. The bread is then coated in beaten eggs, fried in olive oil, and dipped in cinnamon sugar. Deviled crab or "Croqueta de Jaiba" in Spanish, originated in Tampa, Florida, in the late 1920's, where the recipe developed amongst Spanish, Cuban, and Italian immigrant communities. Their version of a hot lunch to go. Prepared by slowly sautéing blue crab meat with a creamy tomato based Cuban Criollo, known locally as "enchilau." The cooked crab meat is rolled in breadcrumbs, traditionally Cuban bread, and formed into the approximate shape of a small rugby sized football then deep fried until golden brown.
